-NO large events or parties are allowed at the house - Please show show the upmost respect to our community and neighbors and keep outside noise at a respectable level. - Pets are allowed by prior approval only. Approved pets are subject to a $50 per pet per day fee. We will send a link where pets can be declared 48 hours prior to check-in. Undeclared pets will be charged the pet fee and will result in additional cleaning fees. - Pickle-ball court lights for staging purpose only and are not functional - Pool heating is done through solar and keeps the pool at a temperature of 75-85 degrees in the summer, 63-73 degrees in the the fall, 60-65 degrees in the winter and 63-73 degrees in the spring. -Please give us 48 hours notice if you would like to heat the pool as it takes this long to get to desired temperature especially in the colder months -If you would like to heat the pool in the cooler months to 80-85 degrees it's an additional $185 per day - Hot tub temp is between 100-104 and is complimentary for heating! - Pets are available upon request - NO COMMERCIAL OR OVERSIZED VEHICLES SUCH AS PARTY BUSES AT ANYTIME - Standard sized shuttles are ok - Service people are permitted to access the outside of the property and pool to perform their weekly maintenance duties. - Sunday - All bins (trash, recycle, yard) to the curb - Monday - Bin pickup - Wednesday - Landscapers - Thursday - Pool Maintenance - Pest Control is done on a monthly basis -Only registered guest are allowed at the house at anytime.
